Sr Analyst, Financial

Overview

A full-time Senior Financial Analyst position is available in Boca Raton/Ft. Lauderdale, FL. This role involves performing financial analyses, managing Power BI reports for department management, and participating in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes. The analyst will play a key role in the budgeting process and support expense forecasts and statistical reporting.

This position requires residing within a reasonable commuting distance to Boca Raton, FL to effectively fulfill job responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly financial results, prepare variance analyses, and identify issues, collaborating with accounting and other departments to ensure accuracy.
• Assist with the annual budget preparation and compare actual results against budgeted figures.
• Prepare presentations for Senior Management.
• Generate monthly customer profitability reports for major customers using Power BI, comparing results to prior years.
• Prepare monthly branch Profit & Loss reports and professional service operating results packages.
• Collaborate with subsidiaries and other departments on special projects, including implementation of new accounting guidelines.
• Support ad-hoc reporting and projects to align with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong experience with Power BI reporting is essential.
• CPA or MBA is preferred but not required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and reside in the U.S. at the time of hire.

• Anticipated base salary range: $67,150 to $114,040 annually.
