Sr Analyst, Pricing, Client Finance

Overview

A healthcare-focused organization is seeking a Senior Analyst to join their Pricing team. This role supports complex financial decisions related to a rapidly growing client segment by driving detailed analysis and maintaining pricing models.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve pricing models
• Produce reports and regular deliverables as required
• Keep documentation current and enhance its format
• Develop retrospective learning processes and templates
• Support standardized processes, templates, and collateral for key pricing activities
• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses for the Pricing team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or another quantitative field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a finance-related role
• Extensive proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Experience with consultative financial modeling
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Strong analytical abilities with a track record of deriving insights from financial data and translating them into business recommendations
• Comfortable working in a growth-driven, changing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with the U.S. Health System and financial elements
• Experience with risk and non-risk pricing/contracting
• Basic knowledge of GAAP

Technical Requirements

• High-speed internet connection over 10 Mbps at home
• For call center employees, ability to connect directly to the home internet router

Hiring Process

Compensation & Benefits

• Expected base salary: $85,000
• Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance for qualifying employees
• Compensation is based on skills and experience and may vary above or below the stated amount
