Sr. Financial Analyst

Overview

Responsibilities

• Review and assess AI Assistant responses for accuracy and relevance in macroeconomics, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, or gaps in AI-generated content and suggest improvements.
• Test AI models using complex, real-world scenarios and edge cases to evaluate reasoning and robustness.
• Provide clear, structured, and constructive feedback to support continuous model enhancement.
• Collaborate with data annotation specialists and AI developers to refine training datasets and improve model performance.
• Stay informed on the latest developments in finance and AI to contribute innovative ideas and best practices.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or PhD in finance, economics, or a related field (completed or in progress).
• Professional experience in finance, such as investment banking, corporate finance, asset management, or related areas.
• Expert-level financial reasoning skills and strong analytical abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI technologies and data annotation processes is a plus.
• Experience with financial analysis, AI testing, model evaluation, financial modeling, or data labeling.
