Overview
A growing package delivery network is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support transportation operations across more than 100 sites. This remote position is available in states where the employer is authorized to employ individuals.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models to support long-range planning, annual budgeting, quarterly re-forecasting, and ongoing financial performance analysis.
- Automate existing financial models and tools to enhance scalability of the transportation network.
- Support commercial planning, revenue forecasting, and top-line performance analysis focusing on customer mix, revenue mix, pricing, volume, and other key business drivers.
- Develop business cases and perform ROI analyses to evaluate investment opportunities and strategic initiatives.
- Own weekly and monthly variance analysis and manage results reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Evaluate and improve methodologies supporting core business models, tools, and financial processes.
- Collaborate with operations teams to drive process improvements, productivity gains, and cost savings initiatives.
- Facilitate financial review meetings with key business partners to discuss results, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a related financial or analytical role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, SQL, Power BI, and large data analysis.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.

Compensation & Benefits
- Starting base salary range: $105,000 - $131,000.
- Potential base salary range over tenure: $105,000 - $157,000.
- Eligibility for bonus, commission, or other incentive compensation up to a 15% bonus target.
