Overview

A growing Finance team is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) group supporting General & Administrative (G&A) functions—including Finance, Legal, HR, and the CEO office—as well as Marketing organizations. This role acts as a strategic finance partner to senior leaders, helping evaluate investment decisions, model new initiatives, and translate business priorities into financial outcomes.

The position reports to the Director of FP&A and is based in Bellevue, WA, with remote eligibility preferred for candidates located in the Western US.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted finance partner to G&A and Marketing leaders, applying financial rigor and business insight to support decision-making.
  • Build decision-grade financial models with scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate new programs, vendor selections, and capability builds. Examples include marketing pipeline contribution modeling, product-led growth investment cases, personnel and organizational cost modeling, and build-versus-buy or outsourcing analyses.
  • Help Marketing leaders connect spend to pipeline, bookings, and brand outcomes across paid, owned, earned, product-led growth, events, and partner motions.
  • Partner with G&A leaders on the cost and benefit analysis of process improvements, automation, and organizational design decisions.
  • Engage actively in annual planning, quarterly forecasting, monthly close, and variance analysis cycles, owning the narrative behind the numbers and ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Translate complex analyses into clear recommendations for VP- and C-level audiences.
  • Collaborate across Accounting, HR Business Partners, Procurement, and other FP&A teams to drive decisions forward.
  • Leverage AI, business intelligence, and FP&A platforms to improve the quality and speed of analysis and move toward real-time decision support.
  • Own and contribute to additional projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Finance/FP&A roles, including building decision-grade financial models from scratch.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and facilitate discussions with senior leaders.
  • Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in the full FP&A toolkit: planning, forecasting, monthly close support, variance analysis, and reporting.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity; able to scope undefined problems, structure approaches, and drive to recommendations with limited direction.
  • Experience supporting G&A and/or Marketing functions is a plus; must be comfortable partnering with non-finance leaders across multiple business areas.
  • Exposure to SaaS marketing metrics (pipeline, CAC, LTV, marketing-sourced bookings, product-led growth funnels) and/or personnel and organizational cost modeling is a plus.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to the Bellevue, WA office as business needs require.
  • Service-focused and customer-oriented toward colleagues throughout the organization.
  • Strong curiosity and passion for using data and business acumen to answer questions and solve problems.
