Overview

This role is integral to supporting and executing day-to-day operations and financial management for the organization and its Senior Leadership Team. The position involves close communication with executives and managers across departments to address stakeholder needs and provide exceptional internal customer support.

Responsibilities

  • Lead senior management in financial planning and results management.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand revenue and cost drivers and define appropriate tracking reports.
  • Work with large data sets to generate detailed monthly revenue reports, including actionable commentary for the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Identify, analyze, and track trends impacting financial performance and partner with key leaders to develop actionable solutions.
  • Manage the annual revenue and expense budget process, working with leaders to forecast results and present findings to Senior Leadership.
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting established goals and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with Data Systems and Insights teams to develop automated reporting and improve efficiencies in manual reporting.
  • Design, develop, and implement new processes, procedures, and reports to meet business unit needs.
  • Be proactive and willing to take initiative to drive continuous process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in related roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including macros.
  • Experience with data extraction and manipulation techniques, capable of handling large data volumes.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate results into actionable insights.
  • Experience with Sigma and Adaptive software.
  • Flexibility to explore different analytical directions and quickly adjust based on findings.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision and manage time efficiently.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual starting base pay typically ranges from $75,000 to $90,000, excluding management bonus. Placement within this range depends on knowledge, skills, experience, location, and internal equity.
  • Total compensation includes an annual performance bonus.
