Overview

A Senior Financial Analyst role is available to collaborate closely with financial leaders in building annual budgets, monitoring monthly results, conducting sensitivity analyses, and supporting strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing financial performance. This position requires strong analytical and judgment skills, an operations-driven mindset, and experience handling large datasets. A solid understanding of financial concepts and systems, including financial modeling, along with strong interpersonal skills, is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Director of FP&A & Enterprise Analytics in managing core financial processes and reporting
  • Challenge budget achievability by division and function across the business
  • Perform comprehensive P&L analysis down to the bottom line
  • Contribute to the development of reporting by service line
  • Assist in preparing monthly business review presentations
  • Ensure timely delivery of accurate reports
  • Provide detailed analysis and operational KPIs to support decision-making
  • Coordinate forecasting, budgeting, and Medium-Term Plan processes
  • Review significant projects and major financial investments
  • Contribute to cost optimization and transformation plans
  • Provide support to functional leaders
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and FP&A-specific projects

Requirements

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent education, training, and experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of finance experience with demonstrated progression in responsibility
  • Strong understanding of core financial concepts and ability to execute accounting transactions
  • Experience working with accounting systems and reporting and analysis tools
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup functions, and charting tools
  • Ability to effectively interface with senior business leaders and translate complex financial data into meaningful analysis and explanations
  • Experience communicating forecasts, research, analysis, and variance explanations
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven ability to analyze processes, identify opportunities, and execute improvement projects
