Sr. Financial Analyst, Workload Health, IaaS

Overview

This role supports end-to-end financial ownership within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Finance on the Workload Health team. You will partner with Product and Engineering leaders for the Compute organization, translating infrastructure dynamics into actionable business insights that inform product strategy, investment decisions, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to provide financial insights, modeling, and decision support.
• Support planning, forecasting, and budgeting cycles by aligning with corporate and general business requirements.
• Develop and maintain financial and operational models focused on product-level performance and unit economics.
• Identify and drive cost efficiency initiatives through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
• Produce gross margin reporting, KPIs, and workload health insights for senior leadership.
• Enhance, automate, and scale reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools across the Compute portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 2-5 years finance experience; MBA a plus.
• Strong financial acumen with advanced analytical and modeling skills.
• Ability to multitask with outstanding attention to detail.
• Demonstrated track record of driving improvements and influencing business outcomes.
• Experience with financial systems and core business processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a self-starter mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI-driven tools and the ability to leverage advanced prompting techniques to enhance reporting, dashboards, and financial insights.

Compensation & Benefits

US Hiring Range (USD): $74,100 - $148,300 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
