  • Own the financial data model for marketplace transactions, ensuring reliable ingestion of raw billing and disbursement data into reporting warehouses

Revenue recognition & financial operations

  • Build scalable transaction-level reconciliation models to match hyperscaler disbursements and remittance advices against internal sales contracts

Cross-functional program management

  • Partner with Finance, Product, and Partner Operations to prepare finance and accounting operations for newly introduced marketplace product offerings
  • Lead change management, including Direct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and authoring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for finance and accounting teams when launching new marketplace capabilities

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of progressive experience in accounting operations, financial systems, or tech-sector management consulting
  • 5+ years of direct experience managing financial operations, billing infrastructure, or billing reconciliation for apps sold through AWS, GCP, or Azure Marketplaces
  • Proven experience leading large-scale software integrations or Q2C transformation cycles in a B2B SaaS or enterprise tech environment
  • Deep familiarity with cloud partner portals (AWS, GCP, Azure) and marketplace monetization middleware (e.g., Tackle.io)
  • Advanced knowledge of enterprise ERP systems and specialized revenue recognition systems (e.g., Zuora RevPro)
  • Solid proficiency using SQL or Business Intelligence tools to dissect, clear, and transform unstructured billing data
