Overview
A growing organization is seeking a Tax Assistant / Consultant Tax (m/f/d) to join their team either at the Berlin location or remotely. This position is available on a full-time or part-time basis.
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing tax consulting and support for a fixed client portfolio covering all declaration and compliance-related issues
- Prepare annual financial statements as well as corporate and private tax returns
- Draft statements and assist with appeals and legal remedy procedures
- Support tax audits and manage correspondence with clients, authorities, and offices
- Assist with tax structuring projects and special tax issues
Requirements
- Completed degree in economics with a focus on accounting/taxation, or studies as a certified tax specialist (Diplom-Finanzwirt) or business lawyer (or near completion)
- Professional experience in tax consulting or financial administration
- Good command of German and English, both written and spoken
- Independent, responsible, and client-oriented working style
- Commitment, teamwork skills, and willingness to learn
