Overview
A midsize accounting firm with a strong reputation and collaborative team culture is seeking a Manager to lead its rapidly expanding Business Tax Services practice. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Business Tax Services practice
- Review tax returns for Partnerships and S-Corporations
- Oversee client engagements and ensure quality service delivery
- Mentor and coach junior staff
- Contribute to the growth and development of the practice
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in public accounting
- At least 3 years of experience at the Manager level
- Experience reviewing Partnership and S-Corporation tax returns
- CPA certification required
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $130,000 - $150,000 per year

Work Hours
- Full-time managers are expected to work approximately 2,300 total hours annually, with 1,375 billable hours
- This equates to about 50-55 hours per week during busy periods
