Overview
This full-time role in General Tax Consulting involves providing expert advice and guidance on tax planning, compliance, and strategy. The position requires up to 20% travel.

As a Senior Manager within the Global Information Reporting team, you will lead large projects, innovate processes, maintain operational excellence, and interact with senior clients to drive project success. Coaching and motivating teams to solve complex problems and building trust with stakeholders are key aspects of this position.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Professional credentials such as CPA, Bar membership, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific certifications may qualify

- In-depth knowledge of tax issues affecting multinational US banks
- Proven experience managing project management teams
- Proficiency with FATCA, 1441, and FBAR compliance
- Demonstrated success in developing and sustaining client relationships
- Ability to develop strategy and present effectively

- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Proficiency in automation and digitization within professional services
- Experience as a tax technical business advisor

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $124,000 - $335,000, dependent on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable laws
- Eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus
