Overview
A mid-sized to Top 100 CPA firm and a Top 10 Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) wealth management firm with an in-house tax department are seeking experienced tax professionals for Tax Director or Senior Tax Manager roles nearing Director promotion. These positions are fully remote and open to candidates anywhere in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality tax services to clients, including high-net-worth individuals and entities with pass-through income.
- Manage and oversee tax engagements with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Lead and mentor junior tax staff.
- Collaborate with wealth management teams in the RIA environment.
- Support business growth with potential advancement to Partner level.
Requirements
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
- 10+ years of public accounting tax experience.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality client service.
- Proven track record in public accounting with impressive tenure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with high-net-worth clients.
- Extensive knowledge of pass-through entity taxation.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary up to $275,000, dependent on experience.
