Tax Senior Manager / Tax Director with Top 100/300 CPA firms + RIA Firm (Fully Remote + Partner Track)

Overview

A mid-sized to Top 100 CPA firm and a Top 10 Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) wealth management firm with an in-house tax department are seeking experienced tax professionals for Tax Director or Senior Tax Manager roles nearing Director promotion. These positions are fully remote and open to candidates anywhere in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality tax services to clients, including high-net-worth individuals and entities with pass-through income.
• Lead and manage tax engagements with a focus on accuracy and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with teams to support tax compliance and planning.
• Pursue leadership growth opportunities, including potential advancement to Partner level.

Requirements

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
• 10+ years of public accounting tax experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Strong background in public accounting with a demonstrated commitment to quality client service.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with high-net-worth clients.
• Extensive knowledge of pass-through entity taxation.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary up to $275,000, dependent on experience.
