UKG Payroll Specialist

Overview

An established Human Capital Management (HCM) consulting firm is seeking experienced professionals to join their UKG HRMS/Payroll consulting and software implementation team. This role focuses on assisting clients with the implementation of UKG's Pro HCM solution through requirements gathering, process design, system configuration, testing, and go-live support.

Responsibilities

• Lead client kick-off and requirements gathering meetings
• Provide product and subject matter expertise to clients
• Manage project scope and budget
• Create and maintain requirements documentation and project plans
• Write functional specifications for customizations and manage testing and acceptance of delivered solutions
• Create data mapping from source systems to UKG Pro
• Validate data conversion
• Obtain customer authorization on all Work Reports
• Participate in parallel cycles
• Balance clients' payroll and prepare turnover documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience implementing UKG Pro
• Proven leadership and project management skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently without daily supervision
• Ability to multitask across different projects and clients
• Highly motivated and team-oriented
• Consulting experience preferred
• Human Resource and Payroll certifications (CPP/SPHR) preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of technical aspects of software implementations such as System Integration or Report Writing is a plus
