Workday PATT Lead

Overview

The organization is seeking a Workday PATT Lead Consultant to join the project delivery team. In this role, you will work alongside experienced consultants to implement the Workday Payroll module for clients across various industries.

Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end implementation of Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking (TT) modules, including:
  • Requirements gathering
  • Configuration
  • Testing
  • Deployment
• Support data conversion, system validation, and client testing activities
• Document configuration decisions, test scripts, and client deliverables
• Collaborate with project team members and client stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues under the guidance of senior team members
• Support and mentor junior PATT resources

Additional Implementation & Advisory Support

• Drive success in full-cycle and phase X implementation projects across the Workday HCM product suite
• Guide clients through selecting, transforming, implementing, and configuring the PATT modules, in synergy with the expert team
• Lead legacy data conversion initiatives, including scoping requirements, executing complex data transformations, and supporting end-user validation activities
• Orchestrate advisory, planning, and implementation of PATT applications by translating client needs into robust solutions through documentation, process mapping, and data integration
• Cultivate strong client relationships through clear project updates and strategic recommendations
• Prioritize client satisfaction by proactively addressing needs and meeting/exceeding expectations
• Foster a culture of knowledge sharing by mentoring fellow consultants and contributing to practice growth

Required Qualifications

• Active Workday Implementer Certifications (Pro Services) in Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, and/or Scheduling
• 3+ years of experience leading Workday PATT implementations
• Lead experience on Workday PATT projects, with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously (preferred)
• Exposure to and/or certifications in other Workday HCM modules is a plus
• Strong attention to detail balanced with big-picture thinking
• Ability to build client relationships and drive meaningful conversations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, fostering collaboration and delivering complex concepts with clarity
• Aptitude for quick technology adoption, creativity in problem-solving, and flexibility in approach
• Ability to manage multiple projects across multiple workstreams
• Experience with Launch and Launch Flex methodology
• Eligibility to work within the United States without sponsorship
• Experience working with North American payroll processes or implementations

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $125,000 - $195,000 per year
• This role is also eligible for a performance-based incentive opportunity.
