Workday Payroll Deploy Lead

Overview

This role involves leading Workday Payroll solutions and implementations by partnering with clients to address complex business challenges. The position includes leading client discussions, mentoring junior consultants, and contributing to successful project outcomes. Additionally, the role supports internal process improvements and organizational growth.

Location & Employment Requirements

• Candidates must currently reside and work within the United States.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• This is a full-time W2 position; contract or C2C arrangements are not available.

Responsibilities

• Lead client requirements gathering and design sessions independently.
• Configure and deliver Workday Payroll solutions.
• Support and guide consultants on project work under architect leadership.
• Mentor junior team members within the Human Capital Management (HCM) practice.
• Proactively support leadership and contribute to internal team initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of Workday Payroll configuration experience and relevant certifications.
• Experience with Workday implementations and projects.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
