Overview
This role involves building solid, long-lasting client relationships through consistent delivery of competitive loan product offerings.
The Account Executive (AE) evaluates loan opportunities, underwrites the credit risk within their approval authority, and delivers executable loan commitments/agreements with competitive and marketable rates and loan terms that meet borrower needs. The AE both makes credit decisions and delivers binding agreements to clients.
As of November 2022, AE credit authority levels have been increased significantly (10–20x in exposure), empowering them to independently decision approximately 90% of all loans requested.
