Accountant

Overview

The organization is building an Advisory Talent Network for finance and accounting professionals who want interim, fractional, and project-based engagements.

• Location: Remote & Onsite Opportunities (Nationwide)
• Employment Type: Consulting | Fractional | Interim | Project-Based
• Engagement Length: Typically 4–6 months (with potential extensions or follow-on projects)

Responsibilities

Network members may support clients across a range of finance and accounting initiatives, including:

• Interim Controller or Assistant Controller support
• Fractional CFO engagements, including Series A fundraising support
• Technical Accounting consulting (ASC 606, 842, 805)
• SEC reporting and financial reporting projects
• FP&A / Strategic Finance consulting (board reporting, KPI development, forecasting)
• M&A integration and post-acquisition accounting
• Revenue Operations / ERP implementation projects
• Audit readiness and internal controls
• Treasury optimization or working capital initiatives

Requirements

• Finance and Accounting professionals seeking interim, project-based, or fractional work
• Background in Public Accounting (Big 4, Regional, or National firms)
• Ability to adapt to dynamic, evolving client environments
• Availability ranging from part-time (15–25 hours/week) to full-time engagement work

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA preferred for Accounting roles
• CFA preferred for Finance roles
• Blend of industry and consulting experience
