Accounting Revenue Operations Analyst-Mexico remote

Overview

The Accounting Revenue Operations Analyst reports to the Director, Accounting Revenue Operations. This role reviews, reconciles, adjusts, and processes agreements in Salesforce. Agreement records impact support, resource planning, invoices, and renewals. The complexity of agreements varies, and completing them may require different timeframes; however, each agreement is equally important due to its downstream impact.

Responsibilities

• Process contracts and adjustments through Salesforce in a timely and efficient manner upon contract execution
• Review and update resource planning records for accuracy as needed
• Review, research, and act accordingly to non-standard items
• Ensure contract data is accurate across relevant areas of Salesforce and coordinate with internal teams to reconcile downstream processes
• Communicate effectively regarding the status of executed contracts, including any issues or discrepancies
• Monitor the team email inbox and self-assign requests to ensure internal and external customer emails are handled professionally and in a timely manner
• Work closely with Project Accountants to provide directives, answer questions, and assist as needed
• Provide support to other team members during peak times
• Assist with ad-hoc requests and special projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce, Certinia, or Conga (Apttus) experience
• Knowledge of the Software Licensing and Services industry
