Overview

This role supports small and medium-sized business owners by providing comprehensive financial support through omnichannel chat platforms. You will guide clients through general inquiries and more complex, data-heavy accounting and finance questions, using strong analytical skills and clear, actionable communication to help them gain financial clarity.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries efficiently and effectively via omnichannel chat platforms, ensuring timely and accurate support.
• Handle complex accounting-related questions using deep financial expertise and analytical skills to provide comprehensive solutions.
• Support small and medium-sized business owners with essential bookkeeping and tailored financial guidance.
• Analyze and interpret complex financial data to deliver accurate, insightful, and timely responses that support client understanding and decision-making.
• Complete assigned presentation-based tasks as needed to support client comprehension and enhance internal processes.

Requirements (Must-Have)

• Active user of widely recognized online accounting platforms.
• Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles, demonstrating a strong foundation in financial principles.
• Prior experience providing omnichannel chat support, with excellent written communication and problem-solving skills in a digital environment.
• Strong understanding of core financial concepts and advanced data analysis techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex, data-driven accounting questions with precision and clarity.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

• Experience working directly with small and medium-sized business clients and understanding their unique challenges and needs.
• Hands-on accounting experience as a small and medium-sized business owner.
• Previously engaged domain experts with relevant financial support expertise.
• Accountants or bookkeepers comfortable and proficient with high-volume, data-heavy queries in a fast-paced environment.
