Overview

This role provides financial support to small and medium-sized business owners through omnichannel chat platforms. You will act as a trusted expert, answering both general inquiries and complex, data-heavy accounting questions. Strong analytical skills and clear, actionable communication are essential to help clients achieve financial clarity and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries efficiently and effectively via omni chat platforms, ensuring timely and accurate support.
• Handle complex accounting-related questions using deep financial expertise and analytical skills to provide comprehensive solutions.
• Support small and medium-sized business owners with essential bookkeeping and deliver financial guidance tailored to their unique needs.
• Analyze and interpret complex financial data to provide accurate, insightful, and timely responses that improve client understanding and decision-making.
• Complete assigned presentation-based tasks as needed, supporting client comprehension and enhancing internal processes.

Requirements (Must-Have Qualifications)

• Active user of widely recognized online accounting platforms.
• Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles, demonstrating a strong foundation in financial principles.
• Prior experience providing omnichannel chat support, with excellent written communication and problem-solving skills in a digital environment.
• Strong understanding of core financial concepts and advanced data analysis techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex, data-driven accounting questions with precision and clarity.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have Qualifications)

• Experience working directly with small and medium-sized business clients.
• Hands-on accounting experience as a small and medium-sized business owner.
• Previously worked as a domain expert in financial support.
• Accountants or bookkeepers comfortable and proficient with high-volume, data-heavy queries in a fast-paced environment.
