Accounts Payable Coordinator

Overview

This opportunity is with a leading organization in the medical aesthetics industry seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional. Responsibilities

• Review and assist with invoice processing to ensure accuracy and proper approvals
• Oversee corporate credit card coding and communicate directly with cardholders
• Record autopay transactions through ERP bank activity
• Lead month-end statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Support implementation and optimization of accounts payable automation tools

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Experience supporting multi-entity or multi-location organizations

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience with Sage Intacct, Coupa, Bill.com, or similar systems
• Previous experience in the healthcare industry
