Accounts Payable Finance Senior Manager-Hybrid

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle accounts payable and disbursement process in a fast-paced environment
• Supervise and conduct hands-on reviews for all accounts payable staff, including onsite and offshore teams
• Implement internal control policies and establish key performance indicators for the accounts payable function
• Oversee vendor management activities such as onboarding, compliance, and maintaining accurate vendor records
• Collaborate with Operations and other departments to ensure smooth vendor onboarding and timely data updates

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of accounts payable experience, including at least 1 year in a managerial role
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable internal control processes, policies, and procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle confidential inquiries professionally

• Experience working with NetSuite
• Strong planning and problem-solving abilities with analytical skills
