Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle accounts payable and disbursement process
• Oversee the offshore team to ensure compliance with communication and productivity standards
• Design and implement internal control policies and key performance indicators for accounts payable
• Monitor adherence to company policies, financial regulations, and accounting principles
• Build and maintain relationships with employees, clients, and vendors, resolving any issues that arise

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of accounts payable experience, including at least 1 year in a managerial role
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field preferred
• Extensive knowledge of accounts payable internal control processes and procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor
