Overview
This role involves supporting financial operations by assisting with monthly reconciliations and other critical financial tasks for customers. The position requires collaboration across teams to reconcile financial data and implement solutions that enhance service delivery. The work directly impacts the ability to provide seamless, technology-driven claims management and reconciliation.
Responsibilities
- Assist in reconciling loss fund payments from the US, UK, and other European regions with claims data, financial records, and bank statements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to investigate and resolve financial discrepancies.
- Document processes and procedures alongside the financial operations team.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or an analytical role, preferably within a third-party administrator (TPA) or insurance company.
- Strong proficiency with data tools such as Excel or similar platforms; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey complex insights.
- Preferred but not required: proficiency in SQL or other data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with claims management processes is preferred but not required.

- Experience working with Microsoft 365 Suite, Tableau, Looker, or other financial reporting and communication applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving, and sometimes ambiguous environment.
