Overview

This role is part of an AI-centric Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team focused on supporting forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting related to inventory performance, including activations, retention, churn, and product mix. The position involves partnering directly with Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and Onboarding teams to provide insights that inform decisions at the Leadership Team and Board level. Candidates with experience experimenting with AI tools and a curiosity for integrating them into workflows are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain inventory forecasts covering activations, retention, churn, and product mix, including clear narratives explaining business drivers.
  • Deliver budget-to-actual and forecast-to-actual variance analysis across commercial domains.
  • Conduct scenario modeling and plan attainment analysis to identify risks proactively.
  • Develop and extend SQL and dbt models on Snowflake to support commercial reporting.
  • Contribute to monthly business reviews, scorecard reporting, and quality assurance of key metrics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and Onboarding as a trusted finance resource.
  • Provide leadership with rapid ad hoc analyses and strategic deep-dives.
  • Assist in preparing investor updates and Board materials.
  • Help build proprietary AI-native FP&A tools.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in an analytical role such as FP&A, business analysis, product analytics, or similar; strong internships or academic equivalents are considered.
  • Proficiency in SQL with the ability to write efficient queries.
  • Demonstrated hands-on use of AI tools to enhance workflows, speed, or output quality.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data insights for non-finance audiences.
  • Fluency in Excel or Google Sheets for daily analysis.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments without established frameworks.
  • Clear communication skills to convey complex analysis into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake, dbt, or Python for automation is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $80,000 – $90,000, depending on relevant experience.

Location

  • Candidates must reside in one of the approved U.S. locations by their first day.
  • Hiring is open across the U.S. except for Washington D.C. and Hawaii.
  • Some positions have compensation-based restrictions in California, Maryland, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Washington.
  • Candidates in Colorado may work remotely anywhere in the state, from the downtown Denver office, or a hybrid of both.
