Overview

This fixed-term Intern/Co-op role provides support for banking and accounting operations.

Responsibilities

• Support operations for “banco de la republica”
• Accept invoices before DIAN
• Archive and reconcile expenses for travelers (“viaticantes”)
• Manage VAT on higher expense amounts (“IVA mayor valor del gasto”)
• Maintain the foreign expenses matrix (“Matriz gastos del exterior”)
• Control the issuance of electronic invoicing and handle entries for missing items (“Control emisión de facturacion electrónica e ingreso de faltantes”)
• Analyze incapacity records (“Análisis Incapacidades”)
• Analyze items for registration of deductible VAT (“Análisis para registro Iva descontable”)
• Support the payment matrix for individuals (“Matriz de pago a personas naturales”)
