Overview
This full-time remote position focuses on developing, analyzing, and maintaining credit risk management reporting to support evaluation of risks within the credit portfolio. The role requires a strong understanding of loan asset management principles and fluency in loan asset class details. The incumbent will create and maintain credit risk-related reports reviewed by management, senior leadership, the Board of Directors, and regulators to identify trends and risks across all asset classes.
Responsibilities
- Develop, produce, analyze, and validate credit risk reports ensuring data integrity through analytical review and quality control.
- Collaborate with business units to compile and compute risk factors that inform management of potential credit risks.
- Track and report Key Performance Indicators related to asset performance, asset quality, risk management, compliance, and portfolio diversification.
- Create, validate, and distribute comprehensive Power BI reports to internal management and stakeholders to understand credit risk build-up, generate insights, and identify trends.
- Perform ad hoc analyses and assist business units in enhancing credit risk reporting capabilities and accuracy.
- Develop, update, and deliver reports in response to regulatory and audit requests, supporting adherence to policies and assisting the Accounting group with Call Report information.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards related to loan portfolio asset management and financial reporting.
- Work with Loan Operations, IT, and Data Office to manage and maintain a credit risk-specific database used in internal and external reporting.
- Ensure the credit risk database is accurate, auditable, and updated as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Credit, Risk Management, or Loan Portfolio analytics with statistical analysis.
- Ability to think independently and resolve problems promptly.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in building queries, interpreting complex data, and providing actionable insights.
- Familiarity with credit risk modeling and forward-looking metrics.
- Effective communication skills to present findings clearly to various stakeholders.
- Proficient in Excel and structured query languages.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Python, Azure, and/or Power BI.
- Experience with bank loan servicing software.
Compliance

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $72,500.00 - $120,800.00 annually, determined by candidate knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
- Eligibility to participate in a short-term incentive compensation plan based on individual and company performance.
