Overview

This is a remote role available in several markets across the United States or at the Jacksonville, FL office. The position is responsible for analyzing assets and estimating values using accepted and relevant approaches and theories. It serves as a key resource regarding policy and ensures valuations comply with all regulatory requirements, internal policies, standards, and procedures. The role involves close collaboration with other internal departments to resolve valuation-related issues and may include providing training or guidance to less experienced analysts.

Responsibilities

  • Perform valuation analysis across various industries using multiple techniques to estimate the value of complex assets.
  • Prepare and potentially present analysis results clearly and concisely to direct managers and senior management.
  • Contribute to the development of proposals, presentations, and publications for current and prospective clients.
  • Conduct in-depth client, industry, market, and competitor research, including direct client interaction and site visits.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of regulations, policies, and procedures affecting asset valuations to ensure compliance.
  • Respond to inquiries related to policy compliance or asset valuation.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience in analysis, equipment valuation, or appraiser & remarketing

OR

  • High School Diploma or GED with 6 years of experience in analysis, equipment valuation, or appraiser & remarketing

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in the financial sales industry
  • Asset valuation experience in Commercial & Industrial (C&I), Agriculture, Office and Imaging, and/or Healthcare sectors
  • Experience with residual value setting and collateral condition assessment
  • Project management experience
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and financial modeling skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel

Preferred Qualifications

  • American Society of Appraisers Certification (ASA) preferred

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base pay range: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, dependent on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors.
