Overview

Role: Associate Analyst, Finance – Seasonal

Location: Remote – IN

This seasonal Associate Analyst, Finance role supports the organization’s Treasury Operations by overseeing operational and strategic projects. Responsibilities include supporting cash forecasting and assisting with cash management banking solutions for all business segments, as well as maintaining accurate treasury and banking data.

Responsibilities

• Support the cash forecasting process
• Assist the Treasurer with balance sheet forecasting, including an AR roll forward schedule
• Contribute to the global cash management strategy
• Evaluate new banking products and services
• Ensure accurate maintenance of:
  • Bank account information
  • Balances
  • Bank/Treasury systems
  • Bank cost information
• Support Standby Letters of Credit and bank guarantees requirements
• Support the CFO in preparing Board of Directors, Internal, and Third-Party PowerPoint presentations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; equivalent experience may be substituted
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), analytical skills, and interpersonal skills
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, with expert skills required in Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
