Overview
This role supports the day-to-day functions of the Pricing Team, including pricing updates, price verification, order guide maintenance, client reporting, and pricing analysis. The position helps build a strong understanding of client pricing, distributor profitability, produce markets, and commodity contracts.
This role will be remotely based. Sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this role.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain responsibility for product mapping across applicable systems and processes
- Support the Pricing Team with product, pricing, distributor profile, and client order guide maintenance
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual client reporting
- Support pricing analysis and ad hoc reporting requests for clients and distributors
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including reference formulas, PivotTables, and general spreadsheet logic
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Curiosity and willingness to learn about the produce industry, pricing, and the organization’s business model
- Ability to travel approximately 2–3 times per year for in-person meetings
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 0–2 years experience in pricing, analytics, finance, supply chain, or related business functions
