Associate Trader

Overview

A growing organization is seeking a Junior Trader to join their team focused on training AI models to better assist finance professionals. This remote role offers flexible scheduling and the option to work part-time or full-time. The position involves applying financial expertise to improve AI understanding of financial principles and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Review and enhance AI Assistant responses related to macroeconomic trends, corporate finance, and capital markets
• Use your education and professional experience to verify the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs
• Test AI models with complex, real-world financial scenarios and edge cases to evaluate their reasoning capabilities
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve AI model performance and reliability

Qualifications

• Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, data analysis, and related finance reasoning tasks
• Formal training in a finance-related discipline; a Master’s or PhD (completed or in progress) is strongly preferred but not required
• Relevant backgrounds include Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Wealth Management, and Insurance Planning

Compensation & Benefits

• Remote position with flexible scheduling
• Choose projects based on your interest and availability
• Hourly pay starting at USD $50-$60, with additional bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
• Payment is made via PayPal; only applicants located in the United States will be considered
• This is an independent contractor role
