Associate Trader

Overview

A growing organization is seeking a Junior Trader to join their team focused on advancing AI capabilities in finance. This remote role offers flexible scheduling and the option to work part-time or full-time. The position involves helping train AI Assistant models to better understand financial principles and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant responses related to macroeconomic trends, corporate finance, and capital markets
• Use your financial education and professional experience to verify the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs
• Test AI models with complex, real-world financial scenarios and edge cases
• Provide clear, structured feedback to enhance the AI's intelligence and reliability
• Evaluate the quality and correctness of AI-generated financial analyses

Requirements

• Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling, data analysis, and related financial reasoning tasks
• Formal training in a finance-related discipline; a Master’s or PhD (completed or in progress) is strongly preferred but not mandatory
• Relevant backgrounds include Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Wealth Management, and Insurance Planning

Compensation & Benefits

• Remote position with flexible hours

• Hourly pay starting at USD $50-$60, with additional bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
