Overview
This role involves working as an Investment Banking Expert on a contract basis, providing expertise to support AI research labs by evaluating banking deliverables.

Compensation: $150–$220/hour
Location: Remote
Responsibilities
- Design precise, task-specific grading criteria for real-world banking deliverables, including financial models and valuation analyses.
- Score AI-generated and human work samples against established criteria with detailed written justifications for every score.
- Apply consistent, evidence-based judgment to ensure scores are reproducible and defensible.
- Incorporate structured feedback from senior reviewers and iterate quickly on your work.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.
Requirements
Must-Have:
- Minimum 2 years of professional investment banking experience at the associate level or above.
- Experience at leading global investment banks or elite advisory boutiques.
- Deep fluency in three-statement and transaction modeling, valuation judgment, and deal-process materials.
- Exceptionally strong written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable with peer-reviewed judgment.
Preferred:
- Prior experience with AI training, evaluation, or human-data projects.
