Billing Analyst, Billing Central

This role is for a Billing Analyst supporting the Billing Central team and partnering with business teams under Corporate Functions Finance (CFF). The Billing Analyst manages vendor setup (as payees), creates purchase orders, processes invoices, and ensures compliance with billing standards and payment timelines. The position also includes investigating payment status inquiries and handling country-specific billing procedures across multiple countries.

The analyst serves as the primary billing contact for team members, vendors, and cross-functional departments across multiple countries, and contributes to special projects, including initiatives focused on AI improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage new vendor set-ups
• Create purchase orders
• Research and resolve invoice and payment issues
• Enforce and provide guidance on billing requirements
• Lead process improvement efforts and work with international team members to simplify and centralize billing processes
• Partner with Corporate Functions Finance to provide consistent billing messaging and support accurate financial reporting
• Support global internal teams by managing billing transactions for Legal, Public Policy, Community Impact, Corporate Communications, and other business units
• Help vendors navigate payee status and payment processes
• Ensure transaction accuracy and proper budget allocation in collaboration with Finance

Requirements

• Knowledge of financial controls and procedures
• Bachelor’s degree
• 1+ years of Accounts Payable (AP) experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of standard software including Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL
• VBA skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: $56,700.00 - $99,300.00 USD annually
• Compensation package may include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs)
• Final compensation determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location
