Responsibilities
- Protect financial and customer information throughout billing work.
- Support period-end billing activities within assigned responsibilities and deadlines.
- Confirm required details before invoices or billing updates are finalized.
- Research straightforward differences between billing records and supporting documentation.
- Use spreadsheets or billing systems to track status, open questions, and completed work.
- Escalate disputed, unusual, or unsupported adjustments for appropriate review.
Requirements
- Ability to research routine discrepancies before escalating them.
- Reliable follow-through on open billing questions and corrections.
- Willingness to learn internal billing procedures and approval controls.
- Accuracy when working with amounts, dates, account details, and invoice information.
- Basic understanding of billing, invoicing, or accounts-receivable concepts.
