Overview
This role supports accurate financial recordkeeping, reconciliation, and exception handling within a broader marketing and reporting workflow. Work should be traceable end-to-end—showing the source used, what changed, what remains open, and who owns the next action—so another authorized teammate can verify the state of the work without reconstructing history.
Responsibilities
- Track unresolved financial exceptions and ensure each item remains traceable, including evidence, owners, and status within the workflow.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation so records and changes are verifiable and easy to review.
- Protect confidential account information.
- Review financial inputs against supporting records to confirm accuracy and completeness.
- Reconcile discrepancies prior to reporting or processing.
Success Standard
Success means financial records, reconciliation, and exception handling remain usable under operational reporting demands. Repeated errors should become visible, exceptions should have clear owners, and another authorized teammate should be able to verify work status without rebuilding the full history.
What Helps You Succeed
- Maintain clear evidence trails, including sources, owners, deadlines, and next actions.
- Use strong judgment for exception resolution, escalating when appropriate rather than assuming.
- Document payment tracking decisions clearly enough for another teammate to follow the reasoning.
