Overview
A rapidly growing digital marketing and coaching organization serving attorneys nationwide is seeking a full-time Bookkeeping Account Manager. This client-facing role involves managing bookkeeping clients, ensuring accurate financial records, and providing excellent customer service. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a focus on legal industry clients.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact and intermediary between bookkeeping clients and the accounting partner.
- Manage onboarding and setup processes for new bookkeeping clients to ensure a smooth experience.
- Facilitate communication with clients, answering questions promptly and finding solutions when needed.
- Develop and maintain a quality assurance system to ensure clients receive accurate bookkeeping.
- Support sales efforts related to bookkeeping services and represent the service at client events.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience within a professional service firm; legal bookkeeping experience is a strong plus.
- Experience managing at least 20 client accounts simultaneously.
- Ability to quickly learn new bookkeeping systems and technology; experience with multiple systems is advantageous.
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies.
- Familiarity with IOLTA and lawyer trust accounting is highly desirable.
- Strong dedication to providing excellent client service to both internal and external customers.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary range: $60,000 - $70,000, based on experience.
