Business Analyst

Overview

This role is for a detail-oriented, data-driven Business Analyst who translates complex data into actionable recommendations that support organizational growth. You will own recurring reporting, build dashboards, and analyze user acquisition, engagement, and revenue trends—turning raw performance metrics into structured insights and executive summaries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and business performance metrics
• Analyze user acquisition, engagement, job search behavior, application activity, and revenue trends
• Monitor key business KPIs and identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on customer behavior, search performance, retention, and monetization
• Partner with stakeholders across FP&A, Jobs, Product, Marketing, Email, and Customer Service to answer business questions through data analysis
• Prepare presentations and summaries to communicate insights and recommendations
• Support evaluation of new initiatives and business opportunities through data-driven analysis
• Complete ad hoc analyses and reporting requests from leadership and business teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in Analytics, Finance, Business Intelligence, Consulting, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in job platforms, marketplaces, or subscription businesses

Compensation & Benefits

Starting pay range

$65,000—$85,000 USD

Pay transparency

Individual pay is based on location, transferable skills, experience, and other relevant factors. This estimated range is based on the best available market data and factors, all of which are subject to change. This position may also be eligible for a bonus and medical, dental, vision, life, short and long-term disability insurance, 401(k), paid time off, sick leave, and paid holidays, all subject to applicable plan terms.
