Business Analyst (Remote)

Overview

This role serves as the Business Analyst supporting the Chief Revenue Officer, owning the analysis behind key leadership metrics. The reporting layer is already built; your focus is to use it expertly, interpret results, and turn insights into decisions. Work involves running recurring reporting, explaining revenue movements, forecasting direction, and flagging discrepancies to ensure leadership gets clear, accurate answers.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Commercial Team’s go-to analyst by framing questions, performing analysis, and delivering recommendations—not just charts.
• Explain revenue movements by breaking them into volume, price, mix, and retention, distinguishing real business signal from seasonality and noise.
• Become the most fluent person on the organization’s Sigma reporting (what exists, what each metric means, and where the edges are).
• Identify and flag potential issues early when a number looks wrong, escalating to the analytics team before results reach leadership.
• Partner across Marketing, Finance, Ecommerce, and Pharmacy Operations to support decisions grounded in analysis.

Requirements (Must-Haves)

• 5+ years in business analysis, revenue or sales operations, or a comparable analytical role, including direct support of senior leaders.
• Fluency in a modern BI tool as a power user—able to navigate, filter, and interrogate existing dashboards.
• Executive communication skills, including ability to write memos, build decks, and provide crisp answers under ambiguity.
• Strong business judgment with the ability to spot when numbers look wrong.
• Confidence to push back and discipline to prioritize across competing requests.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)

• Direct-to-consumer, ecommerce, or subscription/recurring-revenue experience.
• Healthcare, pharmacy, telehealth, or other regulated-data experience (HIPAA).
• Familiarity with Sigma and Snowflake.
