Business Consulting - Finance - Order to Cash and Media & Entertainment- Manager - Open Locations

Overview

This is a fully remote role.

This organization provides finance consulting focused on solving complex Order-to-Cash (O2C) challenges across industries including Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications. The work emphasizes operational efficiency, governance, customer experience, and working capital management through technology-enabled transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-scope O2C workstreams, including lead-to-quote, quote-to-order, order-to-invoice, and invoice-to-cash processes.
• Assess O2C organizations, processes, and technologies to develop transformation roadmaps and business cases.
• Design and implement target operating models, including organizational structures and governance.
• Deliver business process designs, functional requirements, KPIs, and data specifications.
• Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to drive decisions and document outcomes.
• Manage delivery aspects such as workplans, scope, quality, and economics.
• Quantify value cases related to revenue leakage, DSO, dispute volume, and working capital.
• Coach staff and contribute to proposals, assessments, and sector thought leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum 6 years progressive experience in finance transformation, O2C process design, or revenue operations; consulting experience preferred.
• Proven sector experience in Media & Entertainment, Technology, Media & Telecommunications, or high-volume consumer revenue.
• Strong executive communication, workshop facilitation, and written skills.
• Hands-on experience with technologies such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP BRIM, Salesforce CPQ, ticketing platforms, tax engines, and advanced cash application tools.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay range (US):

• New York City, Boston, Washington DC Metro Areas, Washington State, and Southern California offices: $154,000 to $256,700
• Bay Area California offices: $160,500 to $267,400
• All other US offices including Sacramento: $128,400 to $235,300
• Individual salaries are determined by education, experience, skills, and geography.

Fully remote. Pay ranges vary by office location within the United States, including New York City, Boston, Washington DC Metro Areas, Washington State, Southern California, Bay Area California, and all other US offices including Sacramento.
