Overview
A remote position is available for a Chinese Financial Analyst specializing in reviewing, processing, and validating financial documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy. This role supports global financial operations within the technology and artificial intelligence sector, where precise translation and verification of financial documents are essential.
Responsibilities
- Review and translate financial documents from Chinese to English, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Verify numerical data, transaction details, and supporting documentation for completeness and correctness.
- Identify and flag discrepancies or anomalies in financial records and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain organized and secure digital records of reviewed documents and updates.
- Ensure all documentation adheres to internal policies and external financial regulations.
Requirements
- Fluency in written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin) and English, with strong translation skills between both languages.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial document review, accounting, or related administrative roles.
- Familiarity with financial terminology in both Chinese and English, including balance sheets, invoices, and audit reports.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect inconsistencies and errors in complex documents.
- Proficiency in document management systems, spreadsheets, and basic accounting software.
