Corporate FP&A Manager

Overview

This role sits within the corporate finance function to support leadership with financial visibility and insights. The Manager, Corporate Finance will partner with the broader finance team to manage budgeting and forecasting processes, deliver strategic insights, and help scale the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage, develop, and improve key corporate financial processes, including:
  • Forecasting
  • Budget planning
  • Performance reporting
  • Long-range planning
  • Cash flow and balance sheet forecasting
• Collaborate with finance, investor relations (IR), and data insights teams to manage and drive key financial and investor metrics.
• Serve as a trusted strategic finance partner to department leaders, including evaluating ROI on new initiatives and navigating budget constraints.
• Provide financial reporting, analysis, and commentary to partners, including board members, management, and investors.
• Translate complex financial data into clear narratives for non-finance stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to streamline financial reporting and reduce manual work.

Requirements

• 5+ years of corporate finance experience, including experience in the consumer, enterprise, and/or SaaS industries.
• Experience with Excel and strong business modeling and analytical skills.
• Experience leading complex workstreams and cross-functional efforts (including managing a yearly planning process).
• Proven experience building financial statements (P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet), with knowledge of accounting and corporate finance concepts.
• Demonstrated experience with financial planning processes and business systems such as IBM Analytics or similar tools.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hiring Compensation Range: $136,000 - $170,000
• Actual compensation is based on job-related skills, qualifications, and experience.
• Base salary plus equity eligibility.
