Data Analyst 3 (Finance/Accounting/SAP-FICO)

Overview

A leading organization in the corporate accounting sector is seeking a Data Analyst 3 to join their Corporate Accounting department. This role supports the general ledger close and consolidation processes and requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to process improvement.

Job Title: Data Analyst 3 (Finance/Accounting/SAP-FICO)

Location: Remote (PST Hours)

Pay Rate: $50/hr W2 + Benefits (No C2C)

Responsibilities

• Support monthly general ledger close and consolidation activities
• Manage intercompany accounting processes and transactions
• Maintain and refresh Power BI reports for financial analysis
• Assist with data governance across SAP and general ledger environments
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for SAP S/4HANA implementation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience with SAP, particularly S/4HANA, and UAT testing
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and finance systems
• Ability to work across operational accounting and systems enablement tasks
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI report development and maintenance
• Familiarity with intercompany accounting processes
