Overview

A leading organization in the Information Technology sector is seeking a Director Analyst specializing in Finance Transformation and Organization Design. This role supports financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives aimed at enhancing business visibility and decision-making. The position involves partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. It offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and develop scalable financial operations within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote (US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available)

Compensation: $148,000 – $175,500 annually

Responsibilities

  • Create innovative and provocative insights content
  • Develop actionable approaches aligned with client needs
  • Conduct in-depth analyses to identify client challenges
  • Establish insights positions and demonstrate thought leadership
  • Research and predict market trends to advise clients
  • Deliver high-value presentations for events and conferences
  • Provide sales support and engage with clients on critical issues

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; graduate degree preferred
  • 10+ years of relevant field or industry experience
  • In-depth knowledge of how AI and emerging business needs reshape finance roles
  • Experience designing and implementing finance roles and organizational structures
  • Expertise in finance team responsibilities across FP&A, Accounting, Finance Transformation, etc.
  • Thorough understanding of various finance organizational models and their principles
  • Demonstrated executive presence and ability to establish credibility with stakeholders

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Familiarity with AI technologies and Finance Transformation best practices
  • Strong background in FP&A and Accounting best practices
  • Knowledge of Finance IT/Systems landscape
  • Leadership and mentoring skills
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools and market research methodologies
