Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

Overview

A remote contract opportunity is available for finance experts with strong backgrounds in investment banking or financial planning and analysis (FP&A). The role involves evaluating and improving AI-generated financial models and data.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the accuracy and depth of financial models to enhance reasoning and rigor.
• Review complex financial data for alignment with financial domain principles and methodologies.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to AI research teams to improve training data quality and downstream AI performance.
• Develop evaluation rubrics and benchmarks for assessing AI-generated financial tasks and solutions.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure consistency, relevance, and comprehensive coverage across datasets.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while contributing to AI model improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment banking or FP&A.
• Strong expertise in financial analysis and modeling.

Compensation & Benefits

• Contract position
• $100 per hour
• Fully remote
