Equity Research Analyst

Overview

This role supports the global fundamental equity research team producing independent, actionable research for institutional investors, wealth advisors, and regulators worldwide. The team is organized by sector and collaborates with forensic accounting, policy/legal, and technical research groups to deliver differentiated insights.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the equity research team to produce and publish analysis on companies and industries
• Provide Buy/Sell/Hold recommendations on a defined coverage universe
• Publish stock reports, research notes, and in-depth actionable thematic and industry research
• Build and maintain DCF models and comparable company analyses to determine whether a company’s stock is overvalued or undervalued
• Present findings through internal and external webinars and live events

Requirements

• 2+ years in equity research or a comparable financial role; ideally with exposure to the Industrials/Materials sector
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong equity valuation analysis and financial modeling skills
• Excellent written and verbal skills for publishing research and presenting findings
• High intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications

• CFA candidacy or MBA

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: $80,000 - $97,000
• Annual performance bonus eligibility
