Overview

This role involves conducting financial research and analytical work to support valuation and related deliverables. Responsibilities include benchmarking, industry and company profiling, data extraction and validation, and preparation of client-ready presentations and reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial research, benchmarking analysis, industry profiling, and company profiling to support valuation and analytical deliverables.
• Extract, organize, and validate raw data from multiple databases, research platforms, and online sources, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Understand business objectives and translate user and stakeholder requirements into structured analytical outputs and actionable insights.
• Synthesize complex information and produce clear, compelling, and well-structured presentations, reports, and other work products.
• Interpret and simplify numerically driven and financial concepts to create high-quality valuation summaries, dashboards, and presentations.
• Apply core valuation techniques including trading comparables, DCF, LBO, and merger math modeling to produce accurate valuation outputs.
• Assemble financial models and analytical reports with a consultative mindset, ensuring logic, assumptions, and valuation rationale are sound and defensible.
• Perform quality checks on models, analyses, and presentations to maintain consistency with valuation standards.
• Assist in preparing client-ready materials such as valuation decks, benchmarking summaries, and industry insights.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of assignments and proactively identify areas for process improvement within valuation workflows.
• Maintain awareness of sector-specific trends, macroeconomic indicators, and industry developments relevant to valuation engagements.
