Expert Opportunity - Director of Financial Planning and Analysis ($100/hr, up to $2,000/week)

Overview

A leading foundational AI lab is seeking experienced Directors of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to assist in training their latest language model. The role involves creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks related to core financial workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine rolling forecast models, variance bridge decks, driver-based operating models, board-ready profit and loss (P&L) decks, monthly flux commentary memos, and scenario sensitivity models.
• Evaluate and improve AI-generated financial documents and presentations to ensure accuracy and professionalism.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance roles.
• Proven expertise in building rolling forecasts, variance bridges, and driver-based operating models for growing companies.
• Demonstrated ability to produce board-ready P&L decks and monthly flux commentary memos that require no rework by finance leadership.
• Expert-level skills in document, spreadsheet, and slide deck creation with strong written communication and attention to detail.

Compensation & Commitment

• Compensation: $100 per hour.
• Flexible commitment: 5 to 20 hours per week, with the option for additional hours.
• Start date: As soon as possible.

• Fully remote position with the ability to work on your own schedule.
